The new convertible “buddy seat” for trucks is a cool addition to the TMI line-up.

Over the years, we’ve learned that many auto enthusiasts have been yearning for easy-to-install interior components. Thankfully, TMI Products has come to the rescue. Now, the interior manufacturer has developed new kits for the first three generations of Chevrolet’s Nova, as well as new designs to existing product lines for other vehicles as well.

“We are introducing a new universal power seat, and for the Tri-Five, we now have an interior kit for convertibles, which we didn’t have before,” says Larry Ashley of TMI. If you happen to be hot rodding a classic truck, the new seat assemblies bring modern comfort and convenience to your interior. “For the truck line, we’ve added two new consoles,” says Larry. “We have one that works with bucket seats and is akin to a jump seat. We also have one for the guys using the bench seat.”

The larger race-style seat is sure to make a lot of enthusiasts happy.

TMI also has parts for enthusiasts that spend their weekends racing. “We’ve had the Vier Jr., but a lot of people thought it was too narrow,” says Larry. Now, we have come out with the Viper XL. No competitor has a seat that fits as well.”
