Trevor Anderson grew up in Southern California where his passion for cars and racing was fueled with Baja 1000 fever. An air-cooled VW fanatic, and Baja California desert vet, Anderson began racing SCORE in 2008. He has had numerous podium finishes, and won the 2012 Baja 1000 solo driving from Ensenada to La Paz non-stop. In 2014, he graduated from the University of California San Diego with a degree in conceptual visual arts where he explored the aesthetics of speed, performance, and exotic materials as art and social medium. Anderson has a strong technical and fabrication-based background building engines, working with both metals and composites, and tuning off-road race cars. At Power Automedia, Trevor serves as the editor of Turnology and EngineLabs, and contributes to several other magazines in the Power Automedia family.
